We delivered this project whilst working for our friends at Moor Manage.
The Royal Dart Hotel is a grade II listed building situated between the steam railway and the lower ferry in Kingswear, Dartmouth.
The conversion of this building into apartments was a complicated process involving many structural, architectural and logistical challenges.
Adapting a Victorian hotel to meet modern living standards requires significant quality assurance processes. Managing a tight programme and achieving the best quality whilst accommodating the people and vehicles moving through the site required excellent site management.
The standard of the completed apartments was extremely high, with the best quality fittings and fixtures.
